Warm Chicken and Vegetables Salad

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add olive oil, add grated garlic and chopped onion and sauté it for few minutes.
  • Now add boneless chicken strips, salt and pepper and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now take a bowl, add lime juice, chopped blanched broccoli, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, chopped jalapeno, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it well.
  • Now remove it in a plate and top it with cooked chicken.
