Steps:
  • Take a bowl, add boiled potato, salt, garam masala, black pepper, chopped carrot, spinach, onion, green chillies, tomato ketchup and flour and mix it well and make dough.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan, take some dough and shape it like fingers and fry till it gets golden brown.
  • Now your Vegetable Fingers are ready to serve.
