Vegetable Cutlet
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add chopped spinach and carrot then add boiled soya granules, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and bread crumbs and mix it well.
- Now take a bowl add corn flour and water as needed and mix it and pour it in the mixture and again mix it and make dough.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, now start frying cutlet till it gets slightly brown.
- Now remove the cutlet and cover it with sesame seeds and fry it again for few minutes.
- Now your Vegetable Cutlets are ready to serve.
