Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, grated paneer and salt, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder, coriander powder and chopped fresh coriander and mix it.
Take another bowl, add besan, salt, red chilli powder and water and mix it well.
Now take cheese cube and cover it with cheese slice then take the mixture and put cheese cube inside and make a ball.
Now dip the ball in besan batter.
Heat a pan, add oil and deep fry the vada and fry till it gets golden brown.
Now take pav cut it from middle and put some butter and green chutney and vada.
