Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, chopped ginger.
  2. Saute for a minute
  3. Add hing, cumin powder, chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Fry it for a minute
  4. In a bowl, add rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, dahi and water
  5. Mix well and add this to the pan
  6. Mix well and cook until the rice flour is cooked
  7. You can adjust the consistency with water
  8. Cook for atleast 15 to 20 minutes on low flame
  9. Serve hot in a bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander
