Ukad
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, chopped ginger.
- Saute for a minute
- Add hing, cumin powder, chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Fry it for a minute
- In a bowl, add rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, dahi and water
- Mix well and add this to the pan
- Mix well and cook until the rice flour is cooked
- You can adjust the consistency with water
- Cook for atleast 15 to 20 minutes on low flame
- Serve hot in a bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander
