Tropical Salad
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, egg white and scramble it.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- In another pan, add oil, carrots, zucchini, yellow pepper, green pepper.
- Toss it and saute for a minute.
- In a bowl, tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
- Add the sauteed vegetables to the bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and chopped pineapple.
- Mix well.
- In the pan, add boiled chicken, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
- Mix and grill it for few minutes.
- On a plate, put the sauteed vegetables and lettuce on the base, and chicken and the scrambled egg white on the top.
- Drizzle cayenne pepper on top.
