Tricolour Cheese Tikka
Steps:
- Take a blender, add coriander, mint, salt, yogurt, green chillies and blend it and transfer it in a bowl.
- Now take another bowl, add cream, salt, pepper and garam masala and mix it.
- Now in another bowl, add yogurt, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix it well.
- Now add cheese cube in all three bowls and mix it.
- Take skewers and put marinated cheese cube.
- Now heat oil in a grilling pan and grill the cheese cubes.
- Now enjoy your Tricolour Cheese Tikka.
