Tofu Pad Thai

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, spring onion, Thai red chillies, shredded cabbage and peppers and sauté it.
  • Now add tamarind paste, diced tofu, salt and pepper, chilli sauce and glass noodles (which were soaked in 1 cup of hot water) and cook it foe few minutes.
  • Now remove in a plate and garnish it with sprouts, chopped green onion and crushed roasted peanuts.
  • Now enjoy your Tofu Pad Thai.
