Steps:
  • Take chicken cut it into diagonally pieces.
  • Now in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, cardamom powder, lime juice, curd and oil and mix it properly
  • Then add the chicken pieces into the mixture and marinate it for 30 minutes
  • Once the chicken is marinated put it in the greased baking tray and bake it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 1800
  • Now your Chicken Tandoori is ready to be served.
