Tamarind Chutney
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add water then add tamarind, sugar, salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin powder and black raisins.
- Now boil it till water gets half.
- Remove some raisins and save it for later.
- Now take the mixture and pour it in the blender and give a quick spin.
- Now your Tamarind Chutney is ready to serve.
