Tamarind Chutney

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add water then add tamarind, sugar, salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin powder and black raisins.
  • Now boil it till water gets half.
  • Remove some raisins and save it for later.
  • Now take the mixture and pour it in the blender and give a quick spin.
  • Now your Tamarind Chutney is ready to serve.
