Cut the sweet potato into slices and add salt to it.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the slices until they become crisp.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add dahi, salt and whisk it til there are no lumps.
Take out the chips on a tissue paper to absorb the extra oil.
Serve the chips on a plate, drizzle with chaat masala, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, sev, and pour the dahi mixture and tamarind chutney on top.
