Stuffed Mooli Paratha

Steps:
  • Take a bowl; add grated radish (Mooli), chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, little grated ginger, salt to taste and little ajwani and mix it well.
  • Now remove the water from the mixture by squeezing it.
  • Now take small amount of dough and roll it round and put the stuffing in it and again roll it round.
  • Now heat the pan, apply some clarified butter on Paratha and start cooking it from both the sides for few minutes.
  • Now apply some clarified butter
  • Now your Stuffed Mooli Paratha is ready to serve.
