Take a bowl; add grated radish (Mooli), chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, little grated ginger, salt to taste and little ajwani and mix it well.
Now remove the water from the mixture by squeezing it.
Now take small amount of dough and roll it round and put the stuffing in it and again roll it round.
Now heat the pan, apply some clarified butter on Paratha and start cooking it from both the sides for few minutes.
