Spinach Risotto

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
  • Now add Arborio rice and white wine and cook it for few minutes.
  • When wine gets reduced, add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and dry rosemary and cook it for 20 minutes.
  • Now add blanched spinach puree and cook it for few minutes and garnish with grated cheese.
  • Now your Spinach Risotto is ready to serve.
