Spinach & Cheese in Creamy Sauce
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, chopped garlic and saute for a minute or until it becomes golden brown.
- Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
- Add chopped spinach, salt and cook for 2 mins.
- Add cream, pepper, nutmeg powder and cook it for a minute.
- Add chopped basil leaves and cook until it thickens.
- Add paneer cubes and cook it until paneer absorbs the flavour.
- Serve it hot in a bowl.
