Heat a pan, add butter and chopped garlic and sauté it then add chopped spinach, salt and pepper, chilli flakes and dry rosemary and cook it for few minutes then add mozzarella cheese and mix it.
Now cut the stems of the mushroom and fill it with the mixture.
Now put the mushroom on the greased baking tray and bake it for 15 – 20 minutes at 2000
Now your Spinach and Cheese Mushroom are ready to serve.
