Frist boil the soya granules for a minute and strain the water completely.
Now take a bowl, add soya granules, salt, garam masala, black pepper, shahi jeera, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, boil potato, green chillies and chopped coriander and mix it well.
Now add lemon juice and fried gram flour in the mixture and mix it well.
Now heat the oil in pan and start frying the cutlets.
