Shahi Paneer
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, chopped ginger garlic, grated onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies.
- Mix well and saute it for a minute.
- Add garam masala, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, bay leaves. Saute it for a minute
- Add water. Cover it and cook it until tomatoes are cooked well.
- Put this mixture in a blender, water and blend it.
- Add milk and blend it again.
- Seive the mixture in a bowl.
- In the same pan, heat butter, and add the seived mixture.
- Add tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cashew paste.
- Mix well. Add yogurt and mix well.
- Add medium pieces of paneer.
- Let it bowl until the gravy becomes thick.
- Serve it in a bowl. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
