Shahi Paneer

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, chopped ginger garlic, grated onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies.
  2. Mix well and saute it for a minute.
  3. Add garam masala, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, bay leaves. Saute it for a minute
  4. Add water. Cover it and cook it until tomatoes are cooked well.
  5. Put this mixture in a blender, water and blend it.
  6. Add milk and blend it again.
  7. Seive the mixture in a bowl.
  8. In the same pan, heat butter, and add the seived mixture.
  9. Add tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cashew paste.
  10. Mix well. Add yogurt and mix well.
  11. Add medium pieces of paneer.
  12. Let it bowl until the gravy becomes thick.
  13. Serve it in a bowl. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
