Sautéed Asparagus with Poaches Eggs

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add oil, Indian asparagus, salt and pepper and sauté it then remove it on a plate.
  • Heat water in a sauce pan, add salt, lemon juice and vinegar then crack an egg in it and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now remove the poached egg and put it on cooked asparagus.
  • Now enjoy your Sautéed Asparagus with Poached Eggs.
