Combine coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, tur dal, chana dal, urad dal, dry red chillies and oil in a plate and microwave it for 7 minutes then add turmeric and asafoetida and crush it.
Now in a bowl, tur dal, pumpkin, bottle gourd, drumsticks, chopped tomato, chopped onion, Brinjal, mustard seeds, madars chillies, salt and water and microwave it for 47 minutes.
Now add sambar masala 2tbsp , tamarind pulp, oil and chopped green chillies and mix it and microwave it for 2 – 3 minutes.
