Steps:
  • Take a bowl, combine boiled rice, chopped onion, blanched chopped baby corn, green peas mixed vegetables, mushroom, bread crumbs, salt and chilli flakes.
  • Now make cutlets from the mixture and put in greased baking tray and brush some olive oil on cutlets and bake it in preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 1800
  • Now enjoy your Rice Cutlets.
