Red Tuna

Steps:
  • Chop tuna in small cubes
  • Put the tune cubes on serving plate.
  • Then put egg yolk on top of it.
  • Now mix mustard and soya sauce in tartar.
  • Put some mustard and wasabi on the plate.
  • Break the yolk and mix the mustard with it and mix it well with tuna.
  • Then add extra virgin olive oil and mix it.
  • Now serve it with guacamole, sea weed and onion.
  • Now enjoy your Red Tuna.
