Red Tuna
Steps:
- Chop tuna in small cubes
- Put the tune cubes on serving plate.
- Then put egg yolk on top of it.
- Now mix mustard and soya sauce in tartar.
- Put some mustard and wasabi on the plate.
- Break the yolk and mix the mustard with it and mix it well with tuna.
- Then add extra virgin olive oil and mix it.
- Now serve it with guacamole, sea weed and onion.
- Now enjoy your Red Tuna.
