Ratalyacha Kees
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add ghee, jeera, chopped green chillies, sugar, lemon juice, grated sweet potato.
- Mix well and fry for 3-4 mins.
- Add water, mix well. Cover it and cook it for 2-3 mins
- Add salt, crushed groundnuts, grated coconut.
- Mix well and fry for a minute
- Serve hot on a plate and garnish it with chopped coriander
