Rajasthani Achari chicken

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste,and saute for a minute.
  2. Add jeera, fennel seeds, black mustard seeds and dried red chillies. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and boneless  chicken pieces.
  4. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.  Add slit green chillies and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Add water, mix well, cover and cook for-15 mins or until chicken gets cooked.
  6. Serve hot and in a bowl.
