Rajasthani Achari Chicken
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.
- Add jeera, fennel seeds, black mustard seeds and dried red chillies. Saute it for a minute.
- Add fenugreek seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and boneless chicken pieces.
- Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
- Add slit green chillies and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Add water. Mix well cover it and cook it for 10-15 mins or until the chicken gets cooked.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
