Rajasthani Achari Chicken

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.
  2. Add jeera, fennel seeds, black mustard seeds and dried red chillies. Saute it for a minute.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and boneless chicken pieces.
  4. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Add slit green chillies and lemon juice.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add water. Mix well cover it and cook it for 10-15 mins or until the chicken gets cooked.
  8. Serve hot in a bowl.
