Quinoa Tikki

Steps:
  • Take a bowl, add boiled Quinoa, boiled mashed rice, chopped broccoli onion, coriander, carrots, green chilli, chaat masala, garam masala and salt and mix it well and make tikki.
  • Now heat a pan, brush some oil and fry the tikki and fry till it gets golden brown.
  • Now enjoy your Quinoa Tikki.
