Quick & Easy Chicken Tikka
Steps:
- In a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, kasuri methi.
- Mix well.
- Add boneless chicken and mix well.
- In a pan, add ghee, and once it melts, add half of it to the chicken marination.
- Keep the chicken aside for marination for atleast 30 mins.
- Heat a grilling pan. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook it from all sides.
- Transfer the rest of the ghee to a bowl.
- Add kashmiri mirchi powder and cardamom powder.
- Mix well and brush this flavouring on the chicken tikka on all sides.
- Serve it on a plate with onions and lemon decoration
