Poha Cha Chivda
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera and fennel seeds. Let it crackle
- Add hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar. Mix well.
- Add poha and flat plain oats.
- Mix well and fry until its cooked.
- Heat another pan. Add oil, curry leaves. Fry it for a minute.
- Add chopped green chillies and fry for a minute. Add this to the first pan
- Add lemon juice. Mix well and fry for 1-2 mins
- Cool it in room temperature and then transfer it to an airtight container
- Serve it in a bowl.
