Poha Cha Chivda

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera and fennel seeds. Let it crackle
  2. Add hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add poha and flat plain oats.
  4. Mix well and fry until its cooked.
  5. Heat another pan. Add oil, curry leaves. Fry it for a minute.
  6. Add chopped green chillies and fry for a minute. Add this to the first pan
  7. Add lemon juice. Mix well and fry for 1-2 mins
  8. Cool it in room temperature and then transfer it to an airtight container
  9. Serve it in a bowl.
