Poha cha chivda

Steps:
  1.  Heat a pan, add oil, jeera and fennel seeds. Let it crackle.
  2. Add Hing, red chilli powder, Turmericpowder, salt and sugar, mix well.
  3.  Add poha and flat plain oats. Mix well and fry until it’s cooked.
  4. Heat another pan, add oil, curry leaves.
  5.  Fry it for a minute.
  6.  Add chopped chillies and fry for aminute. Add this to the first pan.
  7. Add lemon juice, mix well and fry for a minute or two.
  8.  Cool in room temperature and store inairtight container.
