Poha cha chivda
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add oil, jeera and fennel seeds. Let it crackle.
- Add Hing, red chilli powder, Turmericpowder, salt and sugar, mix well.
- Add poha and flat plain oats. Mix well and fry until it’s cooked.
- Heat another pan, add oil, curry leaves.
- Fry it for a minute.
- Add chopped chillies and fry for aminute. Add this to the first pan.
- Add lemon juice, mix well and fry for a minute or two.
- Cool in room temperature and store inairtight container.
