Pizza Pancakes
Steps:
- In a bowl, add maida, salt, pepper and baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Add paprika powder and an egg.
- Mix well and make a flowing consistency batter by adding water.
- Keep aside and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 mins, add milk, chopped onions, red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers and grated cheese.
- Mix well.
- Heat a pan. Add olive oil. Once the oil is heated, start making the pancakes.
- Flip the pancakes when the edges become brown.
- Grease the cooked side with pizza sauce.
- Once the other side is cooked, flip it again.
- Serve it on a plate and garnish it with grated cheese.
