Peas & Mushroom Pulav
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, bay leaf, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, chopped ginger garlic.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add sliced onions and saute for a minute.
- Add salt, blanched peas, mushrooms.
- Mix well and saute on high flame for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cashews and mix well.
- Add boiled rice and mix lightly.
- Toss the rice till its heated through.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
