Peas & Mushroom Pulav

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, bay leaf, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, chopped ginger garlic.
  2. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add sliced onions and saute for a minute.
  4. Add salt, blanched peas, mushrooms.
  5. Mix well and saute on high flame for 3 to 4 mins.
  6. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cashews and mix well.
  7. Add boiled rice and mix lightly.
  8. Toss the rice till its heated through.
  9. Serve hot in a bowl.
