Pea Soup
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add butter, chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté it.
- Now add salt, green peas, milk, cream, bay leaves and clove and boil it for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Now remove the bay leaves and clove and add the mixture in a blender and blend it.
- Now sieve the soup and garnish it with grated Britannia cheese, pepper and fried garlic.
- Now enjoy your Pea Soup
