Paneer Schezwan
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add oil, chopped garlic and sauté it.
- Now add chopped spring onion, onion, Thai red Chillies and sauté it.
- Now add Schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, salt sugar, paneer cubes and some water and cover it with lid and cook it for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Now garnish it with chopped coriander.
- Now enjoy your Paneer Schezwan.
