Palak Paneer Pakoda
Steps:
- In a bowl, add besan, rice flour, chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, garam masala, black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add water to make a batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add grated paneer and palak. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Put a spoonful of batter in the oil to make pakodas.
- Fry until they become brown and crispy.
- Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb the oil.
- Serve hot on a plate.
