No Bake Vegetable Lasagna

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute it for a minute.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, sliced mushrooms, oregano, salt and cook it for a minute. Transfer it in a bowl.
  4. Take a roti, spread pasta sauce on it. Put another roti on it.
  5. Put the vegetables on top of it and cover it with another roti.
  6. Spread pasta sauce again, and add cheese, oregano and salt.
  7. Cover it with another roti and spread pasta sauce on it.
  8. Heat a pan. Put pasta sauce in the pan, as a base and put the lasagna on top of it.
  9. Add cheese on top of the lasagna.
  10. Cover it and cook it until the cheese melts.
  11. Serve it on a plate and garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
