No Bake Vegetable Lasagna
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.
- Add chopped onions and saute it for a minute.
- Add chopped capsicum, sliced mushrooms, oregano, salt and cook it for a minute. Transfer it in a bowl.
- Take a roti, spread pasta sauce on it. Put another roti on it.
- Put the vegetables on top of it and cover it with another roti.
- Spread pasta sauce again, and add cheese, oregano and salt.
- Cover it with another roti and spread pasta sauce on it.
- Heat a pan. Put pasta sauce in the pan, as a base and put the lasagna on top of it.
- Add cheese on top of the lasagna.
- Cover it and cook it until the cheese melts.
- Serve it on a plate and garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
