Mutton Rogan Josh
Steps:
- In a bowl, add coriander powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, mutton pieces, salt.
- Mix well and keep aside formarination.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan.
- Add oil, cloves, cardamoms, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, mace (javitri), ginger powder, fennel powder, deghi mirchi powder.
- Mix well and fry the masala.
- Then add the marinated mutton, turmeric powder and cool for 30 to 45 mins.
- Add water, mix well. Cover it and let it cook for another 45 mins on low flame.
- Add yogurt. Stir and cook it for a minute.
- Serve hot in a bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander.
