Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add coriander powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, mutton pieces, salt.
  2. Mix well and keep aside formarination.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a pan.
  4. Add oil, cloves, cardamoms, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, mace (javitri), ginger powder, fennel powder, deghi mirchi powder.
  5. Mix well and fry the masala.
  6. Then add the marinated mutton, turmeric powder and cool for 30 to 45 mins.
  7. Add water, mix well. Cover it and let it cook for another 45 mins on low flame.
  8. Add yogurt. Stir and cook it for a minute.
  9. Serve hot in a bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander.
