Mutton Biryani

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, sliced onions, black peppercorns, cloves and saute it until onions become golden.
  2. In a bowl, add salt, meat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder, oil and mutton pieces.
  3. Mix well and and keep aside for marination for at least 30 mins.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  5. Add the marinated mutton pieces to the pan and cook for 30 to 45 mins.
  6. Add water, mix well, cover it and cook it for 30 to 45 mins
  7. Add boiled rice and cover it evenly.
  8. Drizzle it with saffron water and freshly chopped coriander cheese.
  9. Cover it and cook it for 15-20 mins on low flame. Mix well.
  10. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it.
