Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic, chopped ginger and chopped onion and sauté it.
  • Now add bay leaves, dry chilli and chopped chilli and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now add mussels, sherry wine and salt and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now enjoy your Mussels.
