Mushroom Corn Tacos

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add oil, sliced mushroom, chopped onion, chopped peppers, salt and pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest and cook for few minutes.
  • Now take tacos shell, fill the filling in it then spread some salsa, mayonnaise and sour cream and garnish with chopped parsley.
