Mushroom Cappuccino Soup
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add butter then garlic, sauté it for a minute.
- Now add chopped button mushroom, Portobello mushroom and shitake mushroom and cook it for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Now add water, salt and pepper and cover it with lid and cook it for 5 – 7 minutes.
- Let it cool then take a blender, pour the mixture in it and blend it.
- Now sieve it in pan then add cream and processed cheese and boil it then blend it again.
- Now enjoy your Mushroom Cappuccino Soup.
