Mishkaki
Steps:
- In a bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, vinegar, boneless chicken.
- Mix well and keep aside for marination for atleast 30 mins.
- Heat a grilling pan. Grease it with oil.
- Put chicken pieces in satay sticks and put it in the pan.
- In the leftover marination sauce, add oil, mix well and brush it on the chicken pieces.
- Cook it from all sides.
- Serve it on a plate and garnish it with fresh coriander.
