Mishkaki

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, vinegar, boneless chicken.
  2. Mix well and keep aside for marination for atleast 30 mins.
  3. Heat a grilling pan. Grease it with oil.
  4. Put chicken pieces in satay sticks and put it in the pan.
  5. In the leftover marination sauce, add oil, mix well and brush it on the chicken pieces.
  6. Cook it from all sides.
  7. Serve it on a plate and garnish it with fresh coriander.
