Steps:
Take a bowl, add chopped red and green capsicum and onion then add salt, cayenne powder, oregano, garlic powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, paneer pieces, olives, lemon juice and olive oil and mix it well.
Heat a pan, add some oil and the mixture and sauté it.
Now take corn tortilla, add filling, guacamole, Mexican salsa and sour cream and roll it then cook it for a minute.
Now your Mexican Paneer Fajita is ready to serve.
