In a big bowl, add lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, black olives, chopped cucumber and grilled chicken cubes.
For the dressing, in another bowl, add yogurt, mustard sauce, honey, chopped garlic, mixed herbs, white pepper powder,lemon juice and salt. Whisk well.
While whisking, add olive oil and keep whisking for a minute.
In a serving bowl, transfer the vegetables, lettuce in the base, drizzle the dressing on top of it and then the other vegetables.
Again drizzle the dressing and put ricotta cheese on top.
