Mava Karanji

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add fresh mava, ground sugar, chopped dry fruits, grated coconut.
  2. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, add maida, sooji.
  4. Mix well. Make a dough by adding milk little by little
  5. Add oil to make the dough smooth
  6. Make equal sized balls of the dough
  7. Flatten the ball with a rolling pin, and put the filling in middle of it
  8. Join the opposite side and presss it or roll the edges
  9. Heat oil in a deep pana nd fry the karanjis until it becomes golden brown
  10. Put them on a tissue paper to absorb the oil
  11. Serve it on a plate.
