Mava Karanji
Steps:
- In a bowl, add fresh mava, ground sugar, chopped dry fruits, grated coconut.
- Mix well.
- In another bowl, add maida, sooji.
- Mix well. Make a dough by adding milk little by little
- Add oil to make the dough smooth
- Make equal sized balls of the dough
- Flatten the ball with a rolling pin, and put the filling in middle of it
- Join the opposite side and presss it or roll the edges
- Heat oil in a deep pana nd fry the karanjis until it becomes golden brown
- Put them on a tissue paper to absorb the oil
- Serve it on a plate.
