Lobster in Butter Garlic and Caper Sauce
Steps:
- First boil the lobster for 10 – 12 minutes then remove the meat.
- Heat a pan, add butter, olive oil, chopped garlic and sauté it then add caper and salt and cook it for a minute.
- Then add lobster meat and cook it for few minutes.
- Now your Lobster in Butter Garlic and Caper Sauce is ready to serve.
