Steps:
  • First boil the lobster for 10 – 12 minutes then remove the meat.
  • Heat a pan, add butter, olive oil, chopped garlic and sauté it then add caper and salt and cook it for a minute.
  • Then add lobster meat and cook it for few minutes.
