Heat a pan, add butter, olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, garlic powder and rosemary, oregano, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and sugar and cook it for few minutes.
Now heat another pan, add butter, garlic and sauté it then add chopped mushroom salt and pepper and cook till it gets soft then add white sauce and milk and cook till it gets thick.
Now take a baking plate, brush some olive oil and start making layers.
First take lasagne sheet, sprinkle salt and garlic powder then one layer of mushroom and white sauce then sprinkles grated mozzarella cheese then again put lasagne sheet, sprinkle salt and garlic powder and one layer of tomato sauce and put another layer of lasagne sheet and grate some mozzarella cheese and butter.
Now put in the preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 2000
