Kashmiri Chicken
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, sliced onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.
- Saute it until translucent.
- Remove the seeds from kashmiri red chillies and then add the chillies to the pan.
- Add jeera and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add kashmiri kesar, red chilli powder, salt, boneless chicken.
- Mix well and cook for 5-10 mins.
- Add water, mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Slice the green chillies and add it to the pan with garam masala.
- Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add dahi and lower the flame. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot in a dish.
