Kashmiri Chicken

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, sliced onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.
  2. Saute it until translucent.
  3. Remove the seeds from kashmiri red chillies and then add the chillies to the pan.
  4. Add jeera and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  5. Add kashmiri kesar, red chilli powder, salt, boneless chicken.
  6. Mix well and cook for 5-10 mins.
  7. Add water, mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
  8. Slice the green chillies and add it to the pan with garam masala.
  9. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  10. Add dahi and lower the flame. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  11. Serve hot in a dish.
