Kairi Bhaat
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, black mustard seeds, jeera, hing, dried red chillies, curry leaves.
- Fry it for a minute
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped raw mango and salt.
- Mix well and toss it.
- Add boiled basmati rice, mix well and cook till the rice is heated thorugh.
- Serve hot on a plate
