Jhinge Aloo Posto

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add mustard oil and slit green chillies.
  2. Fry for a minute.
  3. Add poppy seeds and fry it.
  4. Add chunks of ridge gourd, salt and water.
  5. Cover it and cook it until soft
  6. Add boiled potato pieces and mix well.
  7. Cover it and cook it for 3-4 mins.
  8. Serve hot on a plate.
