Jhinge Aloo Posto
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add mustard oil and slit green chillies.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add poppy seeds and fry it.
- Add chunks of ridge gourd, salt and water.
- Cover it and cook it until soft
- Add boiled potato pieces and mix well.
- Cover it and cook it for 3-4 mins.
- Serve hot on a plate.
