Hara Maas

Steps:
  • Take a bowl, add yogurt, salt, turmeric powder and mutton and mix it well and keep it aside overnight for marination.
  • Now heat a pan, add ghee, peppercorn, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, garam masala, green chillies coriander mint paste and green chilli paste and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now add marinated chicken pieces and cover it with a lid and cook it for 1 ½ hours.
  • Now enjoy your Hara Maas.
