Gujarati Kadhi

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, black mustard seeds.
  2. Let it crackle.
  3. Add curry leaves, green chillies and saute it.
  4. In a bowl, add dahi, besan, salt, turmeric powder.
  5. Mix well. Add water and whisk well.
  6. Make sure there are no lumps.
  7. Add this mixture to the pan.
  8. Add salt and sugar. Mix well and cook for 30 mins.
  9. Serve in a bowl and garnish it with ghee.
