Gujarati Kadhi
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, black mustard seeds.
- Let it crackle.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies and saute it.
- In a bowl, add dahi, besan, salt, turmeric powder.
- Mix well. Add water and whisk well.
- Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add this mixture to the pan.
- Add salt and sugar. Mix well and cook for 30 mins.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish it with ghee.
